As Vice President for Cisco’s Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Group, Ehrika Gladden leads Engineering Market Strategy for this $16B Business Unit, which oversees global Go-To-Market (GTM) performance, requirements, and competitive intelligence for Enterprise Networking Core Routing, Software, WAN/LAN, Wireless, and Security Products and Solutions.
Ehrika joined Cisco 10 years ago as Director, Services Sales – a $500M Sales Organization – and for the past 2.5 years, led Cisco’s Cloud Consumption Models start up to a $3.2B value, creating a new revenue stream for Cisco.
Previously Vice President of Eastern Mid-Market sales at Avaya, she was responsible for sales, operations, engineering, and administration for a 200-person organization. Ehrika started her career in B2B Sales and VP/GM roles with startup telecom system.
Ehrika is committed to inclusive leadership development and works tirelessly toward that goal through organizations with similar commitment. She is Vice Chair of The Executive Leadership Council’s Foundation Board and serves on the PA Conference for Women Board and the Cisco Systems Foundation Board of Trustees. She is also one of The Network Journal’s 2013 Top 25 Women; Savoy’s 2012 100 Most Influential Women and Uptown Professional’s 2014 Top 100 Professionals in America.
Ehrika holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She is fluent in both Spanish and French, is an avid basketball and tennis fan (she’s played basketball in over 10 countries), and loves traveling and cooking. She and her husband, Blayne, call the greater Philadelphia Area home.
