Marc Washington is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Beachbody, a privately held $1.3+ billion nutrition, health and fitness company based in Santa Monica, CA with more than 1000 employees. Beachbody is the creator of the nation’s most popular fitness and weight-loss solutions including P90X®, Insanity®, 21 Day Fix®, digital streaming platform Beachbody on Demand, and the breakthrough health shake called Shakeology®. The company also manages an unparalleled customer service and peer-support network of over 400,000 independent “Coach” distributors. Beachbody’s corporate mission is to help people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy, fulfilling lives.

As President & COO, Washington develops and implements operating strategies and processes to drive efficiency and scalability of Beachbody’s business. Washington is responsible for the company’s operational infrastructure and support functions, including logistics and supply chain, manufacturing, sourcing and procurement, quality control, R&D, customer service, change management, and strategic & operational initiatives. Washington joined Beachbody in November 2013.

Prior to joining Beachbody, Washington was Chief Financial Officer of Roll Global LLC (now known as Wonderful Company), a $3.5 billion privately held corporation based in Los Angeles with 12 operating companies and more than 5,500 employees. From 2006 to 2012, Washington held a variety of management roles with Teleflora, the world’s leading flower delivery service.

Prior to joining Roll, Washington was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co, a global management consulting firm, where he led numerous strategic and operational consulting projects across a broad range of industries, including retail, logistics, and entertainment.

Washington received his BSE in Operations Research from Princeton University where he graduated magna cum laude. While at Princeton, Washington was co-captain of the varsity football team and was named an Academic All-America during his senior year. Washington received his MBA from Harvard Business School with a focus on operations and finance.

Washington resides in Los Angeles, Calif., along with his wife and three children.
