Arlene Isaacs-Lowe is a Managing Director at Moody’s Investors Service.  She leads the Relationship Management Team responsible for driving revenue and market coverage across all Fundamental Franchises in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  The team formulates marketing and outreach strategies and service level enhancement initiatives, identifies new product opportunities and formulates pricing strategies that promote the Moody’s brand, and strengthen its competitive position. 

Ms. Isaacs-Lowe has multi-faceted experience in driving revenues, developing and successfully executing strategic plans, and investment and financial management strategies for financial services industries.  She has demonstrated expertise in credit and enterprise risk management and is a skilled leader, adept at collaborating with other stakeholders; and building and motivating multi-disciplinary teams. 

A graduate of Howard University, Arlene Isaacs-Lowe was named one of the business school's most prominent alumni and has been appointed to The Board of Visitors. She also holds an MBA, summa cum laude, from Fordham University. She is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants, the Financial Women’s Association, the New York State Society of CPAs, the New York State Society of Security Analysts and the CFA Institute. Ms. Isaacs-Lowe serves as Treasurer of The Executive Leadership Council and on the board of Enterprise Community Investments. She has been named one of the 25 Most Influential Black Women by The Network Journal, was honored as a Woman of Distinction by The Girl Scouts Council of Greater NY, named one of the Top Women in Retail and Finance by Women of Color Magazine and one of the most Influential Blacks and one of the Top Influential Women in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine.
