Black executives are a precious resource for our society and their mental and physical health is critical. It is important that they can recognize the signs and symptoms of stress and burnout because too many are not fully aware. The practice of everyday mindfulness has the potential to enhance personal well-being and engagement at work. This talk will allow Mid-Level Managers to understand the pillars of mindfulness and the benefits of mindfulness and self-care as tools to mitigate stress and improve health outcomes.
