Panel Discussion on Diverse Perspectives on Navigating Uncertainty: A Conversation with ELC Members.

Learning Objective(s):

  1. ELC members discuss two interrelated impacts related to Black managers achieving next level leadership – and navigating current uncertainty in the world of business. First, the panel will present thought, insight and perspective on the value proposition for resilience driven leadership practices that lead to greater versatility and survivability for black managers in uncertain times. A second aspect of the dialogue and exchange will address unique factors and features of changing generations in the workplace, and the critical need to consider sharply changing conditions and new realities inside organizations.
