The Mid-Level Managers’ Symposium (MLMS) is a two-day professional development seminar for rising executives to learn and network in professional settings. At MLMS you will be joined by more than 900 participants who will interact with leading business, thought leader and education experts who will provide candid insights about their personal leadership journeys. This direct exchange at the symposium will connect participants with tools and insights, along with building an accessible MLMS network.
This is an exploration of ways to introduce disruption to transition to new business models. What does it mean to shape and extend digital leadership? What are the factors or skills that enable the exercising of digital leadership to impact the business? Now and in the foreseeable future, digital business strategy develops rapidly from an idea to a prototype. As such, innovation, disruption and social networks have come together in new businesses such as Airbnb, Facebook and Uber among other signature business efforts. Participants will explore what contributes to a leadership capacity to thrive in the new environment, and will understand how to establish their digital leadership signature and presence.
